Payment Policy

Vikfx uses Shopify Payments to provide a secure checkout experience. This Payment Policy explains accepted payment methods, currency, payment authorization, failed payments, payment security, and refunds.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and are processed through Shopify Payments. Depending on your device, browser, and location, payment options may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and other methods supported by Shopify Payments.

2. Checkout Currency

Our store displays and charges orders in USD unless Shopify clearly displays another checkout currency. Any currency conversion, foreign transaction fee, or card issuer fee is controlled by your bank or payment provider.

3. Payment Authorization and Capture

Payment is authorized or charged when you place an order. Orders are not prepared for shipment until payment has been successfully completed. If payment authorization fails, your order may not be created or may be canceled automatically.

4. Payment Security

Payment information is handled through Shopify's encrypted checkout and Shopify Payments. Vikfx does not store complete credit card numbers, CVV codes, or full payment credentials on our own systems.

5. Billing Information

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Incorrect billing details, failed verification, suspected fraud, or payment provider review may delay or prevent order processing.

6. Failed, Declined, or Pending Payments

If a payment is declined, please check card details, billing address, available funds, card limits, or contact your bank. Some payment attempts may appear as pending authorizations even if the order was not completed. These temporary authorizations are typically released by the bank or payment provider according to their own timing.

7. Fraud Review and Order Verification

For customer protection and store security, some orders may be reviewed for fraud risk. We may contact you for verification or cancel an order if we cannot verify payment, identity, shipping details, or order legitimacy.

8. Refunds to Original Payment Method

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Shopify Payments. Refund timing depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider and may take up to 10 business days after processing.

9. Taxes and Duties

Applicable taxes, duties, or fees may be shown at checkout or charged according to local rules. Customers are responsible for reviewing the total order cost before submitting payment.
